Mert Halici currently resides in Cork, Ireland. He was brought here by his father back in 2003 just at the age of 3 years old. Little did he know, this would completely change his life and carve out a new future for him.
Ireland brought many challeneges to Mert growing up but it also brought Mert many opportunities. Mert quickly embedded himself with the Irish culture in his teenage years and he absolutely loves how friendly and nice the Irish people are.
However, he did face bullying and racism at a young age but he didn't let this bother him so he continued on his path of glory. Mert knew how grateful he was to be able to get good education here in Ireland as if he grew up in Turkiye, it would've been a completely different story.
